1) Make sure you use a ring that fits the desired finger.  2) Measure the internal diameter of the ring in mm.   3) Use the chart below to determine your ring size.

For the best possible fit, wrap it as tight as possible.  3) Using a pen, mark the spot where the string/paper meet. 4) Measure the distance with a ruler in mm. Use the chart below to determine your ring size.

1) For accuracy, measure your finger at the end of the day when it's warm. Use a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string to wrap around your finger, then measure against a ruler. 2) Ensure the string or tape fits snugly but can slide over your knuckle comfortably. Remember, finger size can change due to temperature and time of day. 3) Wider bands may require a larger size for a comfortable fit. If choosing a thicker ring, you might want to consider ordering a half size larger. 4) If you're uncertain, visit a local jeweler for a professional sizing.
